⚓ Shipping Policy

We offer multiple shipping options through USPS, UPS and FedEx. All shipping rates will depend on the type of delivery provider used. At Back Road Decor we try to minimize all shipping costs and continue to keep our shipping rates competitive. Please note that shipments may be delivered in multiple packages and shipped at different times due to product availability. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. 

All free delivery promotions are for US shipping only and are subject to change. International orders do not qualify for 100% free delivery with any promotional shipping discounts. Please reach out to us prior to placing your order for all international shipment inquiries.

Shipping Time ***Due to COVID-19, you may experience a slight delay in shipping times.
Most will usually ship within 5-7 business days excluding U.S. government observed holidays, provided the product ordered is in stock and delivery service is available. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by BackRoadDecor.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability. Priority & Express Shipping is an expedited service from USPS. It does not expedite the processing of your order. All orders are packed and shipped in the order they are received.

Customs, Duties, VAT
Some countries will impose fees and taxes on shipments. These fees are not included in the shipping fee you pay at BackRoadDecor.com and are additional fees charged by your country or carrier. These fees are your responsibility to pay.

***No returns or refunds if order is shipped international and seized by customs or border.

Missing and Delayed Shipments
We try and ship packages as quickly as possible from our location but once the package leaves our facility, we have no control over how the carrier routes the package or delays caused by customs or lost packages. We can work with you to help resolve issues AFTER you have called the carrier to find out as much information about the delay as possible. Orders placed directly through our website are Uninsured. Please contact us if you wish for your order to be insured. You will receive a tracking number once your order is processed. We are unable to replace merchandise lost or damaged when shipped via USPS. We are not responsible for USPS Express Shipments that do not arrive on time. In the event that these circumstances arise you may file a claim for reimbursement of shipping fees directly with your local USPS office. After contacting your local USPS office, if your issue is unresolved, we do want to hear from you so that we can help in any way we can.
