Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Carriers We ship exclusively through USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your order is handled with care and delivered reliably. Carrier selection is based on your location and order size.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order total. All orders less than $35 pre-tax are charged a flat $4.95. All orders $35+ receive free shipping. Estimated delivery times vary by location and selected shipping method but typically range from 3–7 business days once your order has shipped.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
